WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Please read carefully:

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once item is shipped out.

Please note, only Monday-Friday are working days, weekends are excluded.

When your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating "SS[order number] confirmed" (Please check junk/spam folders if it has not appeared in your inbox).

Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping times will be extended. All orders excluding face masks will take at least 1-2 weeks to be shipped. Orders with face masks enclosed could take from 3-4 weeks. Our face masks are made in the United Kingdom, which is currently in lockdown therefore delays should be expected. This extends shipping time as we do not receive the masks as quickly as usual. As soon as our warehouse receives the masks, they are sent out. Please also note that we do not keep stock of Face Masks, they are all made to order therefore we do not have stock to send out immediately.


 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom (excluding R.O.I), we will update you if this changes.

 


 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently, we accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

 


WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THESE ITEMS?

All of the items listed on the website are incredibly limited and exclusive, they are a part of limited collections by the original retailer. We are a reseller of luxury and high-end fashion items, giving you the opportunity to purchase these hyped goods.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?


Currently, we do not accept returns or refunds, Click Here to go to our Terms Of Service for a further explanation, see Number 18 for shipping terms.



THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’M SEEING THIS SHOP. IS IT LEGIT?

Yes, every single item on the website is guaranteed 100% authentic. We pride ourselves in only selling the most hyped luxury and high-end fashion items, that are only authentic goods. What differentiates us from other stores is that we only sell brand new ‘deadstock’ items. You can be assured that every item for sale on the website is in the condition you would see it in if you bought the item from a retail location.



MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

As stated in our terms, we not responsible for shipping damage by The Royal Mail. If an issue arises post-dispatch, please take it up with them directly. All items are sent with insurance.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed a confirmation and Royal Mail tracking number. If you added a phone number to your order you will also receive an SMS from us with the tracking details. To track your order you can either click the tracking number in your Email/SMS or visit this link and manually input the number. Please click here if you wish to track your order manually.
